Granary Condominiums

Bellingham, WA

Granary Condominiums in Bellingham, Washington, uses 7,000 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind fiber cement and ACM cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a multi-family residential building designed by Zervas Architecture and installed by Axiom Construction.

The condominium combines two cladding materials across its elevations, and each carries a different weight and attachment pattern. The GreenGirt Max CMH girts carry both the fiber cement and the ACM on a single continuous insulation plane, coordinating the two cladding types on one sub-framing system while the composite girt limits conduction through the metal studs behind the residences.
