Hallowell Elementary School in Horsham, Pennsylvania, uses 15,000 square feet of the SMARTci® building enclosure system over metal studs, behind ACM cladding, with polyiso insulation. This public elementary school is designed by EI Associates, with Skepton Construction, Inc. serving as both general contractor and installer.

A grade school is built to operate efficiently for decades on public funding, which depends on an envelope that doesn’t leak conditioned air. SMARTci forms an air- and water-tight enclosure that eliminates thermal bypass behind the ACM and carries the panels on a true, level plane across the wall.
