Hubbell Office Addition in Centralia, Missouri, uses 12,000 square feet of the SMARTci® building enclosure system over steel studs, behind metal panel cladding, with polyiso insulation. It is an addition to an existing corporate office building. It was designed by Simon Associates, Inc., built by Septagon Construction Company, and installed by TJ Wies Contracting, Inc.

A workplace addition extends the offices of an operating business, so the new enclosure has to deliver day-long comfort while meeting current energy code. SMARTci forms an air- and water-tight enclosure over the steel framing and carries the metal panels on its girts, establishing the continuous insulation that commercial energy code now requires.
