Illumina in Madison, Wisconsin, uses 7,000 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind metal panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. This laboratory facility is designed by Kahler Slater, with Findorff serving as both general contractor and installer.

Lab conditions require a protected environment. By carrying the metal panels on girts set outboard of the studs, the GreenGirt Max CMH system keeps the insulation layer unbroken from corner to corner, holding interior surfaces warm enough to keep the wall’s internal condensation potential in check.
