Infinity Shore Club Condominiums

Seattle, WA

Infinity Shore Club Condominiums in Seattle, Washington, uses 44,000 square feet of GreenGirt CMH Delta™ Adjustable, paired with a GreenGirt Max CMH™ insulation system, over metal studs, behind ACM, wood, and fiber cement cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a multi-family residential building designed and built by Tiscareno Associates and installed by Insulpro.

Three cladding materials meeting across one facade is a coordination problem before it is a thermal one, since each panel type wants to sit at its own depth. The GreenGirt CMH Delta Adjustable girts thread outward to take up framing tolerance and set the ACM, wood, and fiber cement to a shared face, so the transitions between the three cladding types land flush rather than stepped.
