Redmond Senior Center in Redmond, WA, uses 18,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs and CMU, behind wood siding, ACM, and metal cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a community center serving the area’s seniors, designed by Opsis Architecture.

The facade combines wood siding, ACM, and metal on a single compact wall, with each material set at a different depth. GreenGirt Max CMH accommodates this through girts of varying depths that carry each cladding while holding a continuous insulation plane behind all three, supporting a coordinated multi-cladding wall strategy across the different exterior materials.
