The Mitchell Mixed-Use Building in White Plains, NY, is an 83,000 SF mixed-use facility designed by Lessard Design. It features the SMARTci building enclosure system with custom-profiled polyiso insulation, ACM, and brick cladding, and metal studs as the substrate. The project was constructed by Lennar Multifamily Communities Northeast and installed by FM Construction Group, LLC.
