Inside Sales Representative

A2P is looking for an experienced, talented, and competitive Inside Sales Representative to add to our in-house Sales Department in Allegan, MI. Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through company provided leads, CRM database and CMD/Dodge project leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, existing quotes and emails
  • Maintain CRM database daily
  • Specific territory assignment
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and improving the goodwill of the company
  • Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed
  • Represents the Company in resolving customer issues or complaints
  • Understand customer needs and what product they need
  • Perform virtual AIA continuing education lunch and learn meetings as required
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Work with Territory Field Sales Rep

Requirements:
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Technical/mechanical aptitude (a plus)
  • Strong phone presence and experience in high volume outbound sales calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Hard worker and persistent
  • Calling on leads
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • CRM knowledge and experience (a plus)
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • CRM software: 2+ years (required)
  • Inside sales: 2+ years (required)
