Holland Fire Department Waverly Station

Holland, MI

Holland Fire Department Waverly Station in Holland, MI, uses 8,400 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind ACM cladding, with spray foam insulation. It is a new fire station replacing and consolidating two older facilities, with five truck bays and training areas, designed by Integrated Architecture, built by GDK Construction, and installed by Custom Panel Design.

The spray foam insulation is applied wet, expanding to fill the girt cavity and seal the assembly in one pass. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the ACM on a thermally broken support over that continuous layer, maintaining the seal against Michigan’s cold winters.
