Independent Financial Headquarters

Phase 2 of Independent Financial Headquarters in McKinney, Texas, uses approximately 19,000 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind natural stone honeycomb panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. The six-story building expands the company’s headquarters, consolidating the core operations and technology teams under one roof. This project was designed by SmithGroup, built by Rogers O’Brien, and installed by DMG Masonry.

A corporate headquarters built to last decades needs a wall that can carry heavy cladding without breaking the insulation layer behind it. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the stone panels on a thermally broken steel sub-framing system that anchors back to the studs, cuts thermal bridging through the wall, and keeps the mineral wool insulation layer continuous across all six stories.
