Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, uses 50,000 square feet of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs, behind Dri-Design cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a hotel in downtown Charlotte. It was designed by Cooper Carry, with Precision Walls, Inc. serving as both general contractor and installer.

A hotel stacks near-identical guest rooms floor over floor, so the exterior wall has to deliver the same weather protection at every level. The GreenGirt Max CMH girts hold the Dri-Design panels off the wall on a consistent line, opening the drained, back-ventilated cavity of a rainscreen that takes rain at the face and sheds it before it reaches the studs.
