It is a mixed-use development in College Park. It was designed by WDG Architecture, built by John Moriarty & Associates, and installed by PCC Construction.

A large mixed-use building combines lightweight ACM with glass-fiber-reinforced concrete, a markedly heavier panel. The GreenGirt Max CMH girts accommodate those heavy cladding loads and bring both materials to a single continuous insulation plane. The composite metal hybrid sub-framing fastens the panels while conducting far less heat across the steel-stud wall than solid-metal framing would.
