Out on the waterfront, a residential tower takes the full force of wind-driven rain and the temperature swings off the river, conditions an inland building rarely faces. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the metal panels on a continuous insulation plane across the towers’ exposed waterfront elevations, holding the thermal boundary intact where the weather is harshest.
