Weehawken Towers

Weehawken Towers in Weehawken, NJ uses 100,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over metal studs and gypsum, behind metal panels, with mineral wool. The multi-family apartment complex was designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, built by KL Masters Construction Company, and installed by FM Construction Group, LLC. Out on the waterfront, a residential tower takes the full force of wind-driven rain and the temperature swings off the river, conditions an inland building rarely faces. GreenGirt Max CMH carries the metal panels on a continuous insulation plane across the towers’ exposed waterfront elevations, holding the thermal boundary intact where the weather is harshest. An envelope built for exposure like this is what climate-resilient continuous insulation provides.
