Embassy Suites on Judge Doyle Square

Madison, WI

Embassy Suites on Judge Doyle Square in Madison, WI, uses 60,000 SF of GreenGirt Max CMH™ over steel studs, behind single-skin metal panel cladding, with mineral wool insulation. It is a new nine-story, 262-room full-service hotel connecting Capitol Square and Monona Terrace, with a restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool, and meeting spaces, designed by Kahler Slater, built by Mortenson Construction, and installed by BLUvera.

To increase installation efficiency without compromising performance, the project used modular construction, with a panelized system of cold-formed metal panels manufactured by BLUvera. GreenGirt Max CMH was factory-applied to those panels off-site, then transported and installed directly on the building’s walls.
